Into The Light" is a new contemporary gospel CD recently released
by on March 5, 2005 in an elegant celebration at Christian
Compassion Center in
La Mesa, California by Ms. Whyte.
Hila has an unforgettable voice that is fresh and unique. She has a hard
hitting jazzy style that captures your attention and won't let you go until
you can see and feel every word. Hila has a God given talent for writing
music and lyrics full of Godis good gospel news. The 10 song CD includes
9 original songs, 7 of which were written by her.
Precious Moments In Time was written in memory of Hila's mother
Janet Whyte and her brother Patrick Whyte. Hila is singing as
her mother in the song and
her nephew Darnell Walker is singing as Patrick. It is a beautiful song that
describes the spiritual growth of a mother and son who dedicated their lives,
talents and work to God and to each other.
